ZOMATO- Built a real-time high-volume notification system in Golang for Zomato and District, processing 70K+ daily updates to ensure seamless communication between users and restaurant partners.
- Developed the end-to-end Table Reservation flow for District (7.5M+ downloads), handling 162.5K+ peak reservations with low latency and high availability.
- Created internal dashboards and self-serve tools using React.js (Feature Store, Benefits, Table Reservation, and Experiences), streamlining workflows for 200+ analysts and reducing developer dependency.
- Implemented the Set Menu concept for targeted dining discounts, generating 10K+ daily impressions and adopted by 200+ restaurants during the Zomato/District Dining Carnival.
- Optimized backend systems for performance and scalability by building scalable Golang APIs, migrating internal functionality to external gRPC servers, and implementing fault-tolerant patterns across AWS services.
- Integrated user interaction tracking systems to log impressions and improve analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making for product and business teams.
