Varkala (Solo Trip)
Solo travel at its best: sea views, personal reset, and meaningful quiet time by the Arabian Sea.
Read storyTraveling has humbled me in the best way. Every new place teaches me something — about people, patience, perspective, and the little everyday details you only notice when you slow down.
Growing up, travel didn’t feel exciting to me — it felt uncomfortable. Motion sickness, nausea, anxiety… every time my parents planned a trip, I wished we could just stay home.
But my father always believed that exploring places and trying local things helps a person grow. So we kept traveling — across India and eventually outside. Somewhere along the way, the nausea faded and curiosity slowly took over.
Then college happened, and I found amazing friends who were just as excited about exploring. Together, we planned trips, took last-minute ones, made mistakes, learned on the way, and collected memories that stayed.
Mountains, beaches, solo moments, chaotic plans, peaceful mornings — I’ve done a bit of everything. And somewhere between all these journeys, I discovered that I absolutely love planning trips (certified by my dad and my friends, of course).
Now I travel for perspective, people, and the small moments in between plans. This space is my way of capturing those experiences — raw and real.
